Country Manager Benelux Bram Verhoeven of Prologis notes that there’s a shortage of A-grade locations for logistics companies, while there’s a growing demand for European distribution centers. “Against these trends, there are still plenty of growth opportunities in Venlo. That’s why we’re planning to double our position here in the coming years.”
